Product Description

Tris-HCl balanced salt buffer, referred to as TBS, is a commonly used isotonic buffer salt solution in biological research. It has a strong buffering capacity and can effectively maintain the pH value of the solution. This product powder is fine, dissolve quickly, easy to use. It is mainly used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, ELISA and other experiments, and cleaning non-specific binding antibodies in Western blotting experiments. The main components of this product are 10 mmol/L Tris, 150 mmol/L NaCl, pH 7.2-7.6 at 25℃.

Storage and Handling Conditions

Transport at room temperature, store in dry place, valid for 24 months.

Assay Protocol

Each bag of TBS buffer (dry powder) was thoroughly dissolved in 2000 mL water to obtain TBS buffer; To prepare TBST buffer, TBS buffer (dry powder) is dissolved in distilled water, then 1 ml Tween 20 is added, and the volume is fixed to 2000mL with distilled water to obtain 0.05% TBST buffer.
