Vacuum test chamber:
It is mainly used for electrical signal testing in gas sensitive materials or other environmentally sensitive materials. A stainless steel heating bearing table is installed inside the test chamber, the table top is 50x50, and the table top can be heated up to 350 ℃. The cavity is designed with air inlet, vacuum pumping interface and 2-4-core signal vacuum electrode, and 8-core electrode can be selected at most. When in use, fix the device to be detected on the heating table, connect the signal line introduced into the cavity to the pin of the test device, and the external signal line links the test instrument to test the electronic signal.
