Semi-automatic Thermal Sealer is a film sealer designed to prevent evaporation and leakage of various microplates (PCR plates, deep-well storage plates, microplates, and cell culture plates) during the detection process by heat sealing with special heat sealers. It serves as a sealing instrument to prevent sample loss and cross-contamination. This sealer is an indispensable assistant for PCR instruments and quantitative PCR machines.

1. Compact appearance, occupying small space, and easy operation.

3. Adjustable sealing plate temperature: 80~200°C, real-time temperature display, rapid heating (reaching 170°C in 300 seconds), and quick cooling down with fan cooling.
4. Sealing plate pressure can be adjusted according to the real result, allowing for the use of various microplates and heat sealing films.
5. The microprocessor controls temperature with good accuracy, ensuring consistent sealing results with the ingenious uniform structure of the heat sealing plate.
6. Variable temperature and time settings for accurate optimization. Temperature can be precisely set in increments of 1.0°C, and time in increments of 0.1s.
7. Advanced ceramics platen heating technology prevents adhesion of sealing films due to excessive high temperature.
8. Two sides of the body are equipped with windows for convenient cleaning and extended usage life of the heating plate.
9. After 60 minutes of inactivity, the instrument switches into stand-by mode, reducing the temperature of the heating element to 60°C to save energy.
10. For safety, if the instrument is not used for more than 120 minutes, it automatically switches off, turning off the display and heating. The sealer will restart with a slight current provided for the central element once any button is pressed.
11. The drawer is controlled with humanized design, and if hands or other objects impede the drawer when closing, the motor will automatically reverse the drawer, preventing injury to the user and the sample.
12. Anti-misoperation function: Press the "OPEN" key to stop working immediately when in operation.
