Semi-automatic Thermal Sealer is a film sealer designed to prevent evaporation and leakage of various microplates (PCR plates, deep-well storage plates, microplates, and cell culture plates) during the detection process by heat sealing with special heat sealers. It serves as a sealing instrument to prevent sample loss and cross-contamination. This sealer is an indispensable assistant for PCR instruments and quantitative PCR machines.

After 60 minutes of inactivity, the instrument switches into stand-by mode, reducing the temperature of the heating element to 60°C to save energy.
For safety, if the instrument is not used for more than 120 minutes, it automatically switches off, turning off the display and heating. The sealer will restart with a slight current provided for the central element once any button is pressed.
The drawer is controlled with humanized design, and if hands or other objects impede the drawer when closing, the motor will automatically reverse the drawer, preventing injury to the user and the sample.
Anti-misoperation function: Press the "OPEN" key to stop working immediately when in operation.
