Why do my qPCR results show large well to well variation
Poor sealing may cause sample evaporation. Adjust rolling times and rolling position to improve sealing consistency.
What consumables and adapters are compatible with FS A20 sealer?FS-A20
It supports non /semi /full skirt PCR plates, 0.1 mL /0.2 mL 8 strip tubes, pressure sensitive & adhesive film with matched adapters.
Will roller sealing bring optical interference to qPCR detection?
Uneven rolling leads to film wrinkle and signal disturbance. Proper parameter setting keeps film flat and minimizes optical interference.
Can I stop the FS A20 sealer while it is running?
Yes, press emergency stop button, carriage will eject directly. Do NOT touch plates/tubes during working cycle.
Is FS A20 sealing suitable for sample storage and shipment?FS A20
Tight sealing reduces reagent evaporation. It fits short term sample storage & shipment; validate for your long term preservation protocol.
