Can these wipes be used for cleaning chemical spills?
Yes. The WP3407 is highly absorbent and perfect for wiping surface contamination and liquid spills. Its durable 110gsm polyester material can quickly absorb solvents and liquids without tearing.
What does 110gsm and 12"x12" mean for daily cleaning?
110gsm provides an excellent balance of strength and flexibility, while the 12"x12" size offers a larger surface area to cover more ground per wipe. This makes it the most cost-effective choice for high-frequency daily wiping.
Are these wipes suitable for ISO 6-8 cleanroom environments?
Yes. WP3407 is designed for ISO 6-8 environments. It features very low levels of APC (Airborne Particle Count), LPC, and NVR, ensuring it won't introduce new contaminants into critical environments like PCB/SMT lines or lab benches.
Does the laser sealed edge really prevent linting?
Yes. Unlike knife-cut wipes that fray at the edges, our laser-sealed edge completely melts and seals the fibers. This prevents fiber shedding and cross-contamination during the wiping process.
Can I use WP3407 with common solvents like IPA or Acetone?
Yes. Our polyester wipes offer excellent chemical compatibility. They are highly resistant to most common cleaning solvents, ensuring they hold up well without degrading.
What kind of testing documentation do you provide?
